Itır has more than 25 years of experience in the marine business and yachting tourism sector in Turkiye and Greece.

In 1997, she started her career as a base manager of a German charter company in Göcek and had continued her business life at C&N Marinas Port Göcek as a Deputy General Manager for 4 years.

In 2002, she moved to Athens and had started to work as a yacht agency.

In 2004, Itır established her own Ship & Yacht  Agency  with trade name ITIR IPEKEL TSIROPOULOS in Bodrum and Göcek.

She is an active member of Turkish Shipping Chamber, Turkish Yachting & Brokerage Association and Maritime Association of Shipowners and Agents.

Itır speaks Turkish, Greek, German and English.
